INFLUENCE OF THE INITIAL CONCENTRATION OF THE FUEL ON THE COMBUSTION OF LAMINAR AND TURBULENT JETS

Abstract

The numerical solution of the problem of combustion of laminar and turbulent submerged methane jets in the still medium has been obtained. The influence of the initial concentration of the fuel on the main characteristics of the jet has been studied. The regions of self-similarity at various combustion regimes have been found out.
