Abstract

A certain results of theoretical (computer simulation) and experimental (optical microscopy, Raman spectroscopy, electron microscopy) study of graphene, graphane and relative structures are performed in the work. Was developed a method of mechanically exfoliated graphene visibility improvement on the different substrates. In the work it is also reported the results of production and study of graphane-like materials, which are formed under electrolytic cell treatment of ultrathin graphite layers.
