The kinetic equation of Boltzmann for electrons in dust plasma taking into account interaction with dust particles

Abstract

Influence of dust particles on electron energy distribution function (EEDF) in dust plasma of gases mixture is investigated.
On the basis of Boltzman equation the EEDF by two member approach in noble gases as function of electric field E/N at different parameter of dust components is calculated. In a wide range of parameters of dust particles results for various background gases of the discharge and their concentration are received. There are radiuses of particles, potentials of a surface of particles, and concentration of dust particles.
