ON ANOMALOUS HEAT CAPACITY OF NANOCRYSTALLINE MATTERS

Abstract

Heat capacity of nanocrystalline matters representing in the form of fractal filled by phonon gas is considered in the paper. Anomalous heat capacity of nanostructure is connected with the advent of their well-ordered state leading to second order phase transition.
