Study of neuron dynamics dependence on thermal stimulations
Abstract
In this paper we study neural dynamics under thermal influence. We use modified Hodgkin-Huxley equations system, in which we used adaptation currents and temperature parameters matching the experimental data. It was shown that existence of adaptation current increases sensitivity of neuron to statical and dynamical changes in temperature. Also it was shown how it is possible to arrange effective phase resetting of neuron using succession of temperature pulses.
