Abstract

New nonlinear models for the description of neural networks have been suggested, these models are taking into account their hierarchial self-similar properties. Results of modeling have been compared with well-known numerical models and physical experiments on neural dynamics. The theory takes into account universal laws of neural dynamics, inherent to open physical system.
