Investigation of spectral function of dust particles
Keywords:
dusty plasma, velocity autocorrelation functions, spectral functionAbstract
In this paper, the results of theoretical investigations of dust particles fluctuations using Fourier analysis of the velocity autocorrelation function were presented. The Langevin dynamics method was used to solve the dust particles equations of motion. The Yukawa potential was used as an interaction potential. It was presented, that the real and imaginary parts of the spectral function has a maximum near the plasma frequency of dust particles at large values of the coupling parameter and low values of the coefficient of friction.
