Исследование населения города степногорск, расположенного в непосредственной близости от урано-перерабатывающего завода

В статье приведены результаты оценки возможного превышения поглощенной дозы, полученной работниками ураноперерабатывающего завода. Оценивалась возможная избыточная доза работников в сравнении с дозой населения (г. Степногорск) и дозой контрольного населения (г. Астана). Все образцы зубной эмали были извлечены в соответствии с медицинскими рекомендациями. Всего было отобрано 27 образцов эмали зубов у жителей города Степногорска (180 км от г. Астана, Казахстан). 6 образцов зубной эмали были отобраны у работников ураноперерабатывающего завода. Результаты оценки дозы по 6 образцам зубной эмали показывают небольшое влияние условий труда на рабочих, максимальная избыточная доза составляет менее 100 мГр. Аварийные (избыточные) дозы рабочих завода оказались ниже доз населения города Степногорска и доз жителей города Астана. Это пилотное исследование оценки дозы ЭПР зубной эмали, и для окончательного вывода требуется дополнительная выборка.
